Had the best experience adopting my juvenile leopard gecko!! The staff were so helpful and sweet, especially Brandon who guided me on all the details of caring for my new baby and setup tips for his enclosure!
Very covid safe, Found everything I needed and very friendly staff😍Leesa was absolutely wonderful and gave my cat a manicure and pedicure, and she loved it🐱🐱
I wanted to give this PetSmart location a 5 star review after seeing an employee refuse to sell a woman a betta fish without a heater. He politely told the woman that betta fish needed heaters and instead of using that as an educational moment to be a better pet owner, she became rude and stomped out of the store. I did witness her return to the store angry on the phone so I hope she did not put him through any more grief. It breaks my heart to see people want to adopt pets and not put the proper care into learning how to take care of them.
