I’m a first time customer. I took my very shaggy dog Baxter for his first grooming after I adopted him. Denise did a wonderful job on him, he came out half as shaggy, thank goodness. We’ll be back! This is for you Denise, we wondered about his breed, we were all pretty much wrong! Lol

Brought my nervous dog here for a bath and brush and I am very impressed. The staff are super friendly and highly skilled. My dog looks great and wasn’t stressed out. The attention to detail on her paws is excellent.

Just moved to Ajax from Toronto and asked our new vet for a recommendation on groomers. She recommended Precious Pets and I’m glad she did! Not only was service friendly, but they were totally confident taking my anxious and sensitive dog. They knew just how to handle her when we arrived, finished up in record time, and I paid less than half what the city groomer used to charge.But not at the expense of quality— my dog looks and feels fantastic, her paws and nails are perfectly trimmed with no cuts or bleeding which has happened on her black nails. More importantly, she wasn’t visibly stressed when I picked her up. Very happy and we will definitely return!
