I was really worried when I moved to Oshawa because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a groomer who truly understood my Pug, Charlie. He is a special case when it comes to his behaviour, so finding someone patient, caring, and understanding was extremely important to me.

Then I found Touch of Paw, and honestly, I feel so grateful and blessed that I did. ❤

They are genuinely the best team — so caring, patient, understanding, and clearly people who truly love dogs. Most importantly, they understand Charlie and treat him with so much kindness and care. I can see that they genuinely care about his comfort and well-being.

It is such a huge relief to know that my Charlie is in good hands. They take care of my son so well, and I have no words to express how grateful I am to have found them.
