Jolene was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me by looking up a product I had purchased before, which made everything so much easier. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient, even while training someone at the same time. Her excellent customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciated all of her help.
I love coming here! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Kayla is especially helpful whenever I visit she goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
This Pet Valu is a wonderful store with the BEST staff! They are community oriented, supporting in need pet organizations by hosting events, encouraging donations and maximizing any support they can give! Kayla and Bonnie are just amazing with their knowledge, assistance and support! They are so appreciated! Their part timers, like Alex, Merrick to name a few have been terrific. I'm sorry, I can't name them all in this post!!
