What an amazing experience! Chewie was so nervous and scared going in and then like magic they were able to calm him down and clean his teeth so well! He even got a little Star Wars themed report card which was so sweet! Highly recommend the entire experience was amazing for both Chewie and his nervous mamma!
I stopped in to get a price & check out the place & booked an appointment. The actual service seemed great & my mobility service dog loved the colourful haired lady all the way through. Though to my surprise you need to take more money than quoted as she put in her OWN tip of $16.95 to my $67.80 bill price. No consultation if Id like to tip or not just added to the debit machine. I may be old fashioned but I am not impressed & doubt for this alone that I will ever return to this establishment. I should have been told about the automatic tip charge.🧐
We couldn’t recommend Positively Clean Dogs more! Chantelle is the best. She truly goes the extra mile and genuinely cares for our dogs.
They always do an amazing job, have never nicked or injured them, and it’s so convenient that they can groom both of our dogs together. Their communication is excellent, and we always know they’re in great hands.
