I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was so impressed with the way Judy handled my little buddy, as well as the great job she did. I was told by another groomer that my cat was too difficult to do bath and nails, but she got it done, and did an amazing job. Already booked his next appointment. Thank you so much, Judy!

My long-haired cat does not like to be touched, and certainly not groomed. He fights me, never mind a stranger. Despite how mean he can get, paw spa takes him every few months and does a thorough job of getting all the matting I can't manage. I still can't fathom how. I'm very grateful they're so willing to take on the challenge to keep him healthy

Taking my baby for a second time there, hoping all goes well. I will keep you guys posted.Followup- on last communication: june 8- owner Judy called me and addressed my concerns with the utmost respect, patience and understanding. My concerns were addressed and I am pleased with her service. I recommend this place wholeheartedly with Judy as the owner and for seer of my babies. I Will continue with their services with Judy for now until I am comfortable with the other staffs.
