“Buddy is easily the best service man I've ever had across all devices. I had a competitor come and tell me that I had to get a new a/c and tried to sell it to me for $14,000. Buddy came and fixed the lead and added freon for $300 and told me that I could make it a couple of years with the older a/c. A few years later, I finally had to get a new a/c because it was leaking again and the type of refrigerant wasn't available anymore because of federal regulations so he put in a new a/c after we've gone through the highest inflation in 40 years for $8,500. In other words, he beat the competitors 2 year old price by well over $5,000. Besides being incredibly honest, he's also very friendly and just a class act. “I was at Home Depot during Black Friday and they had an Amazing Promotion on an HVAC Tune-up. I purchased the Tune-up for my Heater even though it still was working but it had been awhile since it had been checked. I was notified by Snow Bear that a technician was coming to my house and the appointment time as well a confirmed date. This morning I received a text message letting me know the time slot and the tech's name was on his way. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. He asked to see the Heater to check it out and went to work. He checked out my connections, made sure the unit was functioning properly and saw a small issue that recommended to be cleaned but that was the service I paid for.. Great Job Michael for what you did and Thank you for being very upfront and Professional on the Service call. Keep up the Great work.“
