Vince (the owner) came out to a property my client was looking at purchasing. He communicated clearly with us about what was going on with the home. Vince showed us his findings and explained our options moving forward and even had a plan of action on how to fix the issues. He is very knowledgeable, kind, generous and most of all honest- straight forward and we appreciated that very much. I’m going to continue using his services and as a realtor, I will be recommending him to my clients across the metro!

Immediately address the problem and fixed it. He was here within an hour of our conversation when it was 101° outside. I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for his efficient work and reasonable prices. To top it off, his son is his apprentice, and is a very nice young man.

Thank you Vince for saving us again! Vince has helped me on my house (with an old a/c unit keeping it alive) and commercial properties.
