Prime Heating and Air Conditioning is a business that provides A/C system repair and maintenance services. They are known for their quick response time and clear communication. One customer mentioned that the AC at their business went out the day before a heatwave, and Prime was able to send a technician named Jordan who was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the same day. Another customer praised Jordan's knowledge and honesty in his trade. Overall, Prime Heating and Air Conditioning is highly recommended for their professional and efficient service.
Jordan came by this week to help assess an issue with my HVAC system. I hadn’t used his services before, but I’ll absolutely be using them exclusively moving forward. He delivered some of most genuine, intentional service I’ve received as a customer, and it was obvious that he wasn’t there to make a buck off of me. I would highly recommend this team for any residential HVAC needs required.
Jordan is absolutely second to none when it comes to expertise in his trade, customer service, honesty and integrity. Jordan has provided top notch heating and air conditioning service to our family. We highly recommend Jordan to anyone needing a skilled and reliable heating & air conditioning professional.
The AC at our business went out the day before the temperature was forecasted to reach 107*. We reached out to Prime and are so thankful Jordan responded quickly, communicated simply what he found and what our options were for repair, and then saved the day by getting the AC up and running that same day! Highly recommend!!
