There were no solids to pump! ( We don’t flush paper into our tank.)They did suggest a quick access top be installed, so we had that installed!They did a great job and we will be calling them back out in five or six years!Great company and “Reliable”! I had to go diagnose the problem that evening and turn the breaker back on. No damage was done.Tech determined condenser motor was bad and replaced it for the cost of the motor only courtesy of the maintenance agreement in place.“
