“I would HIGHLY recommend Russell's Heating and Air Conditioning!! I called them on a weekend to request a last-minute service call for Monday, but I wasn't expecting it to realistically happen.
I needed help and they made it happen! The best part is that they did a great job servicing our AC unit as we are preparing to sell our house.
They didn't upsell us on any extra parts or work. They were very efficient and took care of our basic needs in a timely and professional manner.
This is a local business that I would recommend 10/10 times!

“My kitchen was hot when cooking and my pantry was hot. Call Northwind who came out and evaluated and then made recommendations with an estimate. We scheduled a time to upgrade. They increased the size of the vent in the kitchen and added a return air to the pantry. They showed me the filter so I could order the correct replacement. They had 3 young men who came out who were very respectful. Would check in for any questions. Kept the work area very clean. Wow great customer service with a great work ethic!.
