Due to low temperature tech was unable to check gas levels. Also he flipped a breaker that turned off a kitchen outlet and cut power to the refrigerator. I had to go diagnose the problem that evening and turn the breaker back on. No damage was done.Tech determined condenser motor was bad and replaced it for the cost of the motor only courtesy of the maintenance agreement in place.
Waggoner's does great work & is reliable. This time they had to reschedule & they could've let me know earlier. I will continue to use them because they do great work!
Never have we been so pleased with service, and exceptional customer service! They arrived on the day they were scheduled and completed everything that was asked of them, in helping make our dreams come true for our new pool installation in January.
