Living in Noble/Slaughterville area, it can sometimes be a challenge to find reliable contractors who are responsive, but this team exceeded all expectations.
From the first call, the customer service was top-notch. They actually answered the phone every single time I called, which is a rarity these days. The person on the other end was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my technical questions and making the scheduling process seamless.
The installation itself was high-quality work. The technicians were incredibly courteous, respectful of my property, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. To top it all off, they offered a great price that was very competitive for the level of professional service provided.

“My kitchen was hot when cooking and my pantry was hot. Call Northwind who came out and evaluated and then made recommendations with an estimate. We scheduled a time to upgrade. They increased the size of the vent in the kitchen and added a return air to the pantry. They showed me the filter so I could order the correct replacement. They had 3 young men who came out who were very respectful. Would check in for any questions. Kept the work area very clean. Wow great customer service with a great work ethic!.

“I just had such a wonderful experience with Lashar Home Comfort Solutions!! From the start they’ve been so easy to work with. Carolyn was so sweet and helpful over the phone. She’s fully transparent with the issues I had with my A/C, also with the cost of repairs. The technician, Phillip, was so polite and eager to help me with any issue that arose. He drove 45 minutes round trip to get a mounting bracket for the blower motor replacement! So thankful :) I got my blower motor replaced, a fan cleaning, and a new capacitor (courtesy of Lashar). All so affordable, I might add! I’d recommend Lashar to anyone that has any problems with their HVAC unit. Everything is running great! So happy with the service I received!“

He took the time to explain the difference between a true quality installation and the shortcuts that are often taken in many new-home installations. I never realized how seemingly small details like properly sealing the furnace can make such a difference. It not only helps the system cool the house more efficiently but also prevents warm, dusty attic air from being pulled into the home.

I have used two different companies for Heat and air and other services and I wish I had gone to Dew Ease first. my main concern was honesty and of course everyone’s concern: finances. I had excellent work done, fixed my heating and pipe issues promptly at a fair price. Shea was very knowledgeable and communicated the entire time, which I appreciated. “I have used Haley Heat and Air for about 5 years. They are super friendly, reasonable priced, and always go the extra mile. For example, they we're working on my unit outside and noticed it was a little dirty from cottonwood trees. They just rinsed it right off. It's the little things that make a big difference. “John Kelso and his guys are awesome! They have always given me honest, fair pricing and accurate estimates. I have trusted them to keep my old heater going for years, and I recently had them replace my heating and cooling system entirely. Throughout the whole process they were transparent with me about the work they had to do and I am already breathing better with my new unit and ducts. John even went above and beyond and fixed some old, shoddy work from the previous owner - even scoping out kitty litter from the air intake (I guess someone chose a creative place for the litter box before I moved in).
