He arrived exactly on time, and after a very detailed review, he told me I had a maintenance free home, in good condition and that it didn't need painting unless I wanted to change the color, which I don't. In addition to that he offered valuable information to me about caulking, my trim and the pros, cons and pitfalls of the top exterior stucco paints that was very helpful to me. He basically lost a painting job possibility, to tell me the truth, which no one else had done. He didn't rush me, nor did he dismiss me. At 82 years of age, that is very encouraging to have such an encounter in today's business world. After our session, I decided not to repaint my house at this time.
