“My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.
I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.
He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

“Osman y Jhoe came to remove some old windows at my apartment and installed new ones. Boy do they work fast and efficiently. I required their services because my previous windows would let in air and with these Ohio winters you know it's not easy. When they arrived, they were nice enough to ask me if they should remove their shoes, which I greatly appreciated, and they got to work immediately. They finished the job pretty quickly, removing the old windows and installing new ones, they walked me through the work they did and explained how the new windows provide better insulation and they even showed me how to remove the windows to properly clean them. Real great guys.“
