One customer had concerns about potential storm damage to their roof and contacted Great Roofing & Restoration. Ryan, a contractor from the company, went over and checked the entire roof, finding no damage. The shingles in the bushes were from an old cap repair, and the customer appreciated the company's straightforward approach.

Ryan has also been praised for his professionalism and high-quality work by several other customers. Nick, another contractor from the company, has been referred to multiple people and has received positive feedback each time. He has been described as "nothing short of awesome" and has gone above and beyond to help clients, including a widow from a church who needed repairs on a budget. Nick even fixed extra issues at no charge.

Great Roofing & Restoration has also been commended for their integrity in referring a client to another company when it was a better fit for her needs, rather than taking the job just to make a buck. Overall, Great Roofing & Restoration is a reputable and trustworthy company that values its customers and takes pride in its work.
