He came to give my mom an estimate for a window and was so professional from the second he walked in the door to the minute he left. Very polite, knowledgeable, and timely and it was by far one of the best customer experiences I can honestly say we have experienced.
We had contacted about 4 other companies before but they all had no showed and one was outrageously priced.Customer experience is EVERYTHING and today renewed my hopes that excellent customer service is not gone.

She came to my home and spent more than two hours with me going over each window what I needed and what I wished for. She gave a wonderful advice for a kitchen window, which happens to be my favorite window in the house. She also gave excellent advice for a huge window in my bedroom. which is another favorite of course. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed at all. When she got to my home, it was light out and when she left, it was dark. Her expertise and being able to make suggestions was so helpful. She kept in touch and was easy to reach if needed. I was given a call when my windows were ready and John Bentley and his crew showed up to do the work. They noticed some other things that were needed and went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. He was very knowledgeable as well and he worked well with his team. “My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.
I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.
He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

“Contacted Elliot after seeing a positive review on Facebook. He was out of town but said his brother Ethan would reach out to schedule a free roof inspection. He came out the very next day. Made the process so easy. He informed us we didn’t need a new roof and provided proof for our insurance company. “Osman y Jhoe came to remove some old windows at my apartment and installed new ones. Boy do they work fast and efficiently. I required their services because my previous windows would let in air and with these Ohio winters you know it's not easy. When they arrived, they were nice enough to ask me if they should remove their shoes, which I greatly appreciated, and they got to work immediately. They finished the job pretty quickly, removing the old windows and installing new ones, they walked me through the work they did and explained how the new windows provide better insulation and they even showed me how to remove the windows to properly clean them. Real great guys.“
