i am quite pleased with our new windows! The product is impressive compared to the old ones. I liked to knowledge that the windows were built in Ohio. The techs who installed them were very professional and easy to work with. They were considerate of the space and left everything neat and clean.
My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.
I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.

Marcus Bonner was great on front end of sale but was hard to get action after sale. My biggest complaint is the financing. Every aspect was painful. I would have paid for full balance up front if I knew what I was in for. Windows are great, no complaints
