EDIT: 09/01/2026 - the recent storms found a small flaw in one of the window installations from six years ago, resulting in water damage in the wall that window was on. Though my windows were out of the installation warranty period, the Worthington branch not only checked and resealed all my windows, but they repaired the wall of the house for me. I just...really can't say enough about the integrity and customer-first business practices of this place. Brian, the owner, and Mike, the CS lead (I think) were both wonderful, and the crews were outstanding.
