Osman y Jhoe came to remove some old windows at my apartment and installed new ones. Boy do they work fast and efficiently. I required their services because my previous windows would let in air and with these Ohio winters you know it's not easy. When they arrived, they were nice enough to ask me if they should remove their shoes, which I greatly appreciated, and they got to work immediately. They finished the job pretty quickly, removing the old windows and installing new ones, they walked me through the work they did and explained how the new windows provide better insulation and they even showed me how to remove the windows to properly clean them. Real great guys.
We had such a great experience with United Window Inc. Osman Jhoe Lennin were incredibly sweet, respectful, and professional from the moment they arrived. We offered them coffee and pizza, and they were so genuinely grateful, it really meant a lot to us and showed how kind they are.
They replaced 3 windows and were impressively quick without rushing the job. Everything was finished in about 2 hours, and the quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even vacuumed, leaving our home just as clean as when they arrived.

United has done 4 frameless shower enclosures for me at a reasonable price. Hardware is high quality and the installation was perfect each time. They also have replaced broken glass in windows, and also a cabinet door. Brent and team have been great and I will continue to use them.
