“Let me begin by saying that Vickie and Dan at Benchmark set the standard in what a contractor should be.

This team keeps me in the loop with updates and pertinent information on my project. I never felt that I was waiting on updates or I was just “another customer” to them. The team at Benchmark make you feel like you’re their sole customer and that your problem is their problem.

I had a spigot burst in my basement “Man Cave” and it was pretty catastrophic to me. I had literally just had the whole project completed about 6 weeks prior. The project required 3 separate teams to bring my Man Cave back to life.

Vickie and her squad had the final two pieces:
Flooring
Drywall and finishing

I cannot say enough good things about how Benchmark brought me back whole. From Dan coming out to assess the damage and give an estimate to Vickie quarterbacking the whole show and it’s numerous moving pieces. And then Dan coming out to inspect the work before I signed off for completion. Every aspect was met with a courteous professional manner and was greatly appreciated.

“My parents had replaced the windows in their house at least 20 years ago, (maybe more) using Champion Windows. My parents passed away and I inherited their house. A few of the windows were leaking so I called them.
I spoke to Danielle and she scheduled a service appointment for someone to come out to inspect the windows. Since these carry a lifetime warranty, the only cost out of my pocket was the $130 trip charge which I was more than happy to pay.
Today, their technician Carlos, came to the house within the scheduled time window. He called me beforehand and let me know he was on his way.
He replaced all 6 defective windows including a large picture window and a fixed panel slider all on his own without help from anyone. He explained everything he was doing and was only here about an hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had a great attitude. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
In this day and age where excellent customer service is few and far between, Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

She came to my home and spent more than two hours with me going over each window what I needed and what I wished for. She gave a wonderful advice for a kitchen window, which happens to be my favorite window in the house.
