Columbus Windows and Siding did an amazing job! Chris was extremely great to work with and super knowledgeable! We had siding fall offf during the massive wind storm and had to deal with insurance. Chris made the process super easy for us and his team was fast and efficient! Definitely will recommend to anyone!
Work as a maintenance supervisor in Columbus, called during this lovely monsoon we’ve been getting. Needed emergency tarps put down for some roof leaks. Was met with great customer service off rip on the phone, was transferred to Brandi. I had called pretty late in the day and she exceeded expectations. She underpromised and over delivered in a HUGE way. The team was fast, and responsive. identified a few other roof issues while up there. From beginning to end of the roof installation, we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Mark, was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and great to talk with. The installers were also on time (even early), prepared and efficient. Cleanup was impeccable. Pricing was competitive with 3 other companies we met. We almost went with a competitor but reached back out to Mark to answer more questions. He came back the next morning and we decided to go with him. We are happy with our new roof and recommend Feazel.
