“I had Brothers Roofing install a new roof 09/18/25. This included taking off all original plywood and replacing it. There was no pressure and the owner even mentioned the shingles could last a little longer and I appreciated that but the wood had to go, in my opinion, and vents were needed since no soffits were in this roof. The price was substantially less than that from a prominent company. The workers came early, worked hard, cleaned up and since it was dark at completion, came back in the morning to make sure there were no nails, etc., left behind. This was a smooth process, all work was done very well, the workers were courteous and professional, and the owner was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.“

The insurance company gave us a hell of a time trying to get our claim processed for a replacement but Jamie was diligent in his followup and jumped through all the hoops insurance gave give. All 3 were similar cost wise but we chose Newlook as it was clear that the owner, Ed, was most concerned of the end result and our satisfaction. He offered suggestions which the others just wanted the job. We are ecstatic of the result. Even hired again for storm door based up our siding experience and the didnt disappoint. Both crews were perfectionist and went above what was agreed. Cant recommend enough. A great independent company not a chain in which you deal directly with the owner....who cares deeply!“

“We remodeled our master bathroom in 2023. After comparing three different window companies, we found United Window Inc. offering the same brand shower enclosure at such a reasonable price. The owner came to our house to do the measurement. His seasoned advice made the enclosure look great, function properly and cost less. Having been used for six months, the shower enclosure still looks like new. No leaks, no cracks. It works great! The only reason I gave four starts is because the installer (not the owner) refused to install the door hinge on the location where the stud behind. He used wall anchors and the door still work fine. If he installed it directly on the stub, I would give 5 stars instead.“
