Joe did a great job walking through our system with us. We were able to see how he tested the system so we understood that our compressor failed and needed to be replaced. Giving ball park pricing on the compressor and needed coolant. We've decided that a new system was the way to go. He also was very detailed with the maintenance plans available to us if we wish. Tom Smith was extremely helpful. He came out and serviced my AC same day and got it up and running again in the middle of a heat wave. He was very knowledgeable, had a great attitude and was a pleasure to meet.
