“The Roto-Rooter online experience is pretty awesome. They schedule a technician to be at your house at the time you asked for. It surprisingly enough to me they were there at the scheduled time.

They didn’t wait around in their trucks for 20 minutes to finally walk across the street and knock on the door. They arrived. They came to the house and they had their equipment in the basement within 10 minutes.

The two men were clean and professional

Did not leave a mess, but they cleaned up after themselves. Very unlike other plumbers we’ve had over the years when we had to call outside our normal plumber.

A guy came in after they were all done and ran a camera down the line to show us Some damage in our lines and where some roots were growing, which is why we called them to get the roots out of our line, and gave us a price to have that fixed.

Of course REUTER being a namebrand is very expensive. We can no longer afford a price that would be a third of the Customer warehouse just to repair. The old lines.

However, they did clear the drain and the toilets flush once again. I mean without filling up our basement I know that’s gross.

$500 service which is about half that from the local guys and just a little over half from my normal guy Who was unavailable.

Although the price was high, the service was great. It was certainly worth it to me to be able to use my plumbing again.

Well, I’d always recommend my regular guy big Josh, plumbing. Because he’s all the things that these guys were a little over half the price if you can’t get josh. Try Roto rooter

“I needed a shut off valve replaced under my kitchen sink. They got me scheduled very quickly. Evan came out and gave me an estimate based on if he had to replace pipes along with the shut off valve. He was professional but personable. Evan looked at everything, went to get parts and adjusted the final cost since all he had to do was replace the valve. Everything was taken care of in about an hour. I also liked that he came at the stated time and I got a text letting me know he was on his way. I would definitely do business with them again!“
