Tim Brooks was superb. Very pleasant & knowledgeable. He explained everything & tried to figure out my water heater issues. He did a very nice job & introduced a new electric anode rod to protect from corrosion since my water heaters have a history of very short life. I am definitely asking for him to be the technician next time I need a plumber. I called Tim back after Dishwasher started leaking. I bought one & paid Home Depot to install but when they delivered they told me they couldn’t install because it was old & connected to cooper pipes. Tim again to the rescue. He is fantastic & installed without charge for weekend. I will ask for Tim for all my plumbing needs.
