Reviews
When my sump pump suddenly gave out, I had that classic homeowner moment of “uh-oh… now what?” Thankfully, Mr. Rooter came to the rescue—and fast! Their technician David was fantastic. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem like a pro, and had everything up and running again within just a few hours of me first spotting the issue.
David was knowledgeable, efficient, and just a genuinely nice guy to have in your home during a minor plumbing panic. Let’s be honest—owning a home isn’t cheap, but when you get great service like this, it takes the sting out of the surprise repairs. I felt completely confident in David’s work, and I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled.
Huge thanks to Mr. Rooter and to David for saving the day (and my basement)!
We highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems you may have. Caleb J. fixed our issue quickly and was professional and extremely courteous.
