Mr. Rooter was able to respond within 24 hours which worked out fine for us (wasn’t a terrible emergency). Major Eric was our technician. He provided options on the service. Ended up going with the high pressure clean-out as opposed to using the snake process. Took about 2 hours to accomplish. Results were great and we were back in business in no time. Many thanks to Eric for his professionalism and quality of work. Would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter in the future.
