Highly recommend G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating for any steam boiler work in the Cleveland area! My boiler was installed a year ago by a different company, that was bought out by private equity, and I won't get into the specifics of why I prefer not to deal with private equity owned companies, but would recommend others to do their due diligence about that.
Anyways, when I called the original installers for summer maintenance and repair they practically laughed at me for wanting to service a boiler in the summer and gave me a confusing runaround about my warranty. We contacted the team at G.W. Gill Plumbing and Heating due to an issue with our hot water tank. I greatly appreciated working with a real team member on the phone and not having to input information into AI to talk to someone about our problem. We initially left a voicemail and got a call back within 15 minutes and scheduled a time for a team member to come out to help diagnose the problem. Logan worked assiduously to detect the problem, but unfortunately, we needed to replace the tank. The pricing to replace the hot water tank was very fair and reasonable, especially because we needed a specific size.

Had a great experience working with GW Gill. Kent was very easy to work with, quick to respond, and gave us very fair pricing. They did some work for us here in Michigan and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Definitely appreciate the professionalism and would recommend them to others.
