Thank you for coming out same day, for fixing an issue another plumber said was fixed and doing great and honest work. We will use Massie Creek in the future for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.
I live on a property that uses well water. I know nothing about wells and how to check them/fix them. I call Massie Creek the first time water stopped being pumped into the house. Thankfully, that call only required a new switch down in the pit. However, about a month later, my water stopped again. This had nothing to do with the work previously done, but it had everything to do with a split wire connecting the pump to the previously mentioned switch. This split was way down closer to the pump and was caused by friction from the pump kicking on. In the process of replacing the wire, we decided to go ahead and replace the pumps itself as it was 24 years old. Keep in mind, all of this was explained to me as they were performing the work. It put me at ease knowing I wasn't going to have any issues in the near future. Price was on point for the timeliness, quality, and knowledge. It took two (2) guys less than an hour to figure out the problem, pull my pump out of the well, replace the wiring, piping, and pump, clean up, and head out.
