The Werbrich team did a lot of great work on our new home. Removed a large tree, many large bushes, lots of honeysuckle, weeded and tended to the many gardens, planted 8 new fabulous bushes, mulched all beds and removed a bunch of garden stones that were left abandoned and piled up.
Amanda was easy to work with and very prompt at replying back to us. We had some questions and concerns along the way because we had so much going on and she was so great at customer service and making things right.
Jerry and his team went above and beyond to accommodate a few extra needs that popped up during the beautifying/ maintenance part of the project. We are so excited all the honeysuckle is gone!
Josh and his team had the hefty job of working with the big machines to take down the large tree and bushes. They did it in a timely manner so we could have the next project (driveway addition) completed. I had a question about the bushes and Josh answered my call and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Again customer service was amazing and everything you would want in a service.

I have been using this company since 1995. They are the best when it comes to carpet cleaning. They do an excellent job and I have creme carpet!! I’ve haven’t experienced that with any other company prior to that.Plus, after cleaning your carpets they will come out and do traffic areas and stains for two years afterwards.
I have used them twice now & will definitely use them again if the need arises. Everyone was super nice & made the whole process super easy.

We moved to Cincinnati about 5 years ago and my husband was trying to find someone that could cut his hair correctly and when he found Shelby, I fell in love!! I absolutely love how friendly she is and how she does his hair amazing every single time!! I initially left a negative review for Main Line after they were contracted to inspect my home sewer line during my home sale process by a potential buyer. I am updating my review to reflect a conversation I just had with the owner of the business, Patrick.
Patrick called me to talk about my experience. We talked through the specific items I was unhappy about. He listened to my side of things and I heard out his side. Patrick seems to be a genuine and honest guy and wants to do right by his customers. Hindsight being 20/20, we both agreed that the areas we were not seeing eye to eye on, were not worth losing sleep over. Ultimately, the home buyer neglected to make the situation right based on her duties outlined in the sale contract and in the contract she initiated with Patrick. I reevaluated my position and wanted to update my review to reflect my respect for Pat taking the time to contact me to make things right.
I cannot recommend Patterson Plumbing highly enough! Ron is responsive, timely, honest and his pricing is fair. His price to install a new sump pump was half of what I was quoted by another plumber! I will be using Patterson plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

I have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery multiple times over the past few years. James always provides the same great service. He arrives early and walks through the house with you to discuss everything to be cleaned, including couches & chairs. He asks if you would like any furniture moved, and there is no additional charge for that! The most recent time he cleaned, I had not moved everything off of the carpets before he got there. He helped me finish with that before he started. Each time I've had the carpets cleaned by Integrity, they look like new again for months. I'll always be a customer of James. I had B&B cleaning and they did a lousy job cleaning the carpet and my furniture smelled like musty mildew, and my carpet wasn’t even cleaned. It looked the same as what it was before they even did anything, but we didn’t even pre-treat the spots or the extra traffic area and then when I called to get a redo and they called me up and yelled at me and complained and didn’t want to do it and said they’ll give me a refund on the carpet but not the furniture. They’re very rude and unprofessional and they only have one crew that’s it for their whole company and I wouldn’t have them come back and do it again. These guys were great. He was very professional. He moved the furniture. I didn’t have to tell him what to do. He automatically moved it and he put it back and he cleaned it and he took his time and didn’t rush And when he moved the one piece of furniture, he goes well boy that’s clean I said yeah can you tell that they didn’t clean around the other part of the furniture so they did a wonderful job I guarantee they are the best I would recommend them to do any Carpet cleaning. Or furniture cleaning
I have been using Diamond Quality Cleaning to clean my home for awhile now. They come as a team, always with the same team leader and do an outstanding job! At the end they always ask you to check their work to see if anything was missed or needs done differently. It was never necessary! My house was usually their last or next to last. They were always still cheerful, energetic and professional. I’m moving out of the area- I wish I could bring them to where I’m headed!!

What a find Action Electric was for us! We had four smaller projects that needed done. Bob, the owner reached out immediately to my request for a quote. I truly cannot say enough about the quantity and quality of their work and their employees. They show up on time, work quietly but efficiently and I feel as though the cost was more than fair. I've been going to this practice for 18 yrs plus and when Dr. Rotella retired I was fearful because I'm that difficult patient fear of maybe experiences I've had in the past. Friday I had 2 fillings and never felt so at ease with the medication prescribed before hand to the warm blanket, headset with music. Best of all any work needed they would suggest Dr. Sayre which I did twice. TY for saving me that 4500.00 bill and that is truly what it would have cost. Totally hands up for me. The following week I scheduled a massage with Allison. Allison is a very kind and calming person. She created an environment where I felt safe. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it, and was very attentive to my comfort level. I’m amazed how much better I feel after our 30 minute appointment together. My first full appointment with Dr. Kauffman is scheduled two weeks from now. I am so excited to continue working with the team, and to start feeling like myself again.

Dr. Doug Portmann is one of the top 10 most impactful people in my life. I can’t imagine how my back would feel today without Doug. He is also an amazing person.I had a severe lower back injury in 2011 at 48 years old when a 300 lb Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor almost “broke” my lower back (twisted it quickly) when I had him in a triangle choke. He said he almost quit BJJ because of what happened to me.A few years later, my friend and former power lifter Tony Colby said he didn’t believe in chiropractors but said he recommended I see Doug Portmann.My back now feels better than when I was 22 years old. Doug not only has put my back in alignment, but he’s taught me how tight muscles impact alignment and provided a brace for long distance road trips.Once or twice a year, my back gets locked up. Occasionally, there is tremendous pain. Doug can generally fix with one adjustment. One Sunday, my back locked up. I love that we can always get in and once there they are respectful of our time. We always get follow up calls to check in the day after the visit. My visit to Loveland Massage Center was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the experience was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
My massage therapist (who deserves her own star on the wellness walk of fame) walked me through every step of the process, making sure I felt completely comfortable. She took the time to understand what was going on with my body and intuitively knew where to focus—like she had a backstage pass to my muscle tension.
What really set it apart? She not only tolerated my Van Halen references—she appreciated them. That’s rarer than a first pressing of 1984. We’re talking about someone who got the humor, matched the energy, and still managed to deliver a massage that made me feel like I was backstage at the Us Festival… but with far better lighting and no spandex.
If you’re looking for a place that combines expertise, comfort, and the ability to laugh at a good (or terrible) joke, this is it. I’ll be back. Probably humming “Drop Dead Legs.”

Traces driving school was amazing! I have so many great things to say about it. I was very concerned with the maneuverability test, and he was able to explain it very well and teach me a simple way to complete it! Overall he is an amazing teacher and very informative, and his lessons are easy to follow and he’s very kind, calm, and a great teacher. Scheduling was very easy and they always stay in touch. I highly recommend this school for other students!
