Jen was absolutely lovely and her space is beautiful and relaxing. She immediately made me feel comfortable, safe and supported! I had a very effective session with her and will go back when I’m ready for some more processing. Not really sure exactly how the craniosacral therapy works it’s magic on my raging depression and PTSD, and of course it’s not a magic cure-all, but it helped me process some things and I felt lighter after my session, and it relieved my lower back pain immediately.
