I have used Integrity Carpet & Upholstery multiple times over the past few years. James always provides the same great service. He arrives early and walks through the house with you to discuss everything to be cleaned, including couches & chairs. He asks if you would like any furniture moved, and there is no additional charge for that! The most recent time he cleaned, I had not moved everything off of the carpets before he got there. He helped me finish with that before he started. Each time I've had the carpets cleaned by Integrity, they look like new again for months. I'll always be a customer of James.
