Deerfield Construction Company has a long history and several employees that have been there over 20 years; don't let that fool you if you're hiring on there; those are the ones that have learned to kiss it the best. At the same time, they will fire you on a whim or at the direction of their client. If their ONLY client, Aldi, doesn't like you, they will fire you. When Aldi says jump; Deerfield says, "how high Sir?" My first experience with the whim firing is when the owner called my PM and fired him after 36 years of dedicated service; 6 months after that, it was me at the whim of an Aldi PM.
