However, some recent changes, including a new ownership group, have led to increased prices that have disappointed some clients.
Despite the price concerns, the hospital is highly recommended due to the awesome staff and the quality of care they provide.
My husband and I are so impressed with the informative and kind service Bebe, our dog, received. More importantly Bebe was relaxed and very comfortable during her visit, which is a win/win for our family. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Dr. Fraebel.
We have never taken our girls to a vet, we were a little nervous especially since Duck is kind of shy. Very loving and sweet but shy around strangers. In fact as soon as she got out of the crate she managed to squeeze behind the cabinet. 🤦♂️ everyone was so patient with her. Very kind and loving. We felt valued.

Brought kitty in for yearly check up and vaccinations. Dr Fraebel took his time and remembered (checked chart), and made sure to check on skin problem that he came in with when we rescued him. The front desk staff and assistants are always kind. The only reason I would ding them is the recent turnover in veterinarians, and not knowing if you'll see the same person
