Led by Dr. Sarah Ward, who has been practicing since 2012, the hospital focuses on maintaining the human-animal bond and involving pet owners in all stages of their pet's healthcare. The staff is praised for being caring, thoughtful, and passionate about their work. Clients appreciate the warm welcome and the staff's kindness and dedication to the animals in their care. However, some recent changes, including a new ownership group, have led to increased prices that have disappointed some clients. Despite the price concerns, the hospital is highly recommended due to the awesome staff and the quality of care they provide.
We have never taken our girls to a vet, we were a little nervous especially since Duck is kind of shy. Very loving and sweet but shy around strangers. In fact as soon as she got out of the crate she managed to squeeze behind the cabinet. 🤦♂️ everyone was so patient with her. Very kind and loving. We felt valued.

Brought kitty in for yearly check up and vaccinations. Dr Fraebel took his time and remembered (checked chart), and made sure to check on skin problem that he came in with when we rescued him. The front desk staff and assistants are always kind. The only reason I would ding them is the recent turnover in veterinarians, and not knowing if you'll see the same person
Every visit is always good, the staff are so kind to both myself and my furry babies. The recent visit was a bit of an emergency not knowing which ate a ton of chocolate. The staff were so gentle and loving taking care of my dogs. I really appreciate their kindness and thoughtful care.
