Casey did my hair herself and gave me exactly the balayage and color I had originally requested. She was professional, respectful, and most importantly, took ownership of what happened. She genuinely cared about making things right, and it showed.

I love Frizzy Melon. The atmosphere there is so cozy, friendly, and welcoming. Not intimidating at all. Up until this past fall, I was cutting my own hair at home because I have had countless disappointing experiences with haircuts! When I wanted to go short, short I decided I needed the help of an expert. I'm so happy I found Kristen! She is great! I'm always happy when I walk out the door having booked my next appointment.
