After my original review, Casey, the owner, personally reached out and asked for the opportunity to make things right. I decided to give the salon a second chance, and I’m so glad I did.

Casey did my hair herself and gave me exactly the balayage and color I had originally requested. She was professional, respectful, and most importantly, took ownership of what happened. She genuinely cared about making things right, and it showed.

No business is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong. Casey went above and beyond to correct the situation, and I truly appreciate the care and effort she put into earning back my trust.

First time I have been to the Frizzy Melon Inc. but it won’t be the last time. The whole staff is wonderful. They made me feel right at home. Cierra Is fantastic, is so talented, and has the best Customer Service skills. See you soon and I can’t thank you enough the great hair style.

I love Frizzy Melon. The atmosphere there is so cozy, friendly, and welcoming. Not intimidating at all. Up until this past fall, I was cutting my own hair at home because I have had countless disappointing experiences with haircuts! When I wanted to go short, short I decided I needed the help of an expert. I'm so happy I found Kristen! She is great! I'm always happy when I walk out the door having booked my next appointment.
