Dr. Doug Portmann is one of the top 10 most impactful people in my life. I can’t imagine how my back would feel today without Doug. He is also an amazing person.I had a severe lower back injury in 2011 at 48 years old when a 300 lb Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor almost “broke” my lower back (twisted it quickly) when I had him in a triangle choke. Dr Portman is by far the best Chiro I've ever been to. He is great at what he does but is even better at listening to what you need. I have gone to him when I can barely get out of bed in the morning, and before long he has me back up and running! Staff is friendly and helpful, scheduling is easy!

I was nervous about going to a chiropractor but was quickly put at ease by Dr. Portmann. Now I look forward to going. A few visits and am on the mend. Grateful for him helping me get back to the gym and feeling better. Highly recommend!
