I just had new carpeting installed in my living area and hallway. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!Everyone I worked with from the sales rep, Steve Stille to the installers - Jay & Steve, were very helpful and always professional.The carpeting installation was done seamlessly (pun intended) and looks beautiful!I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience with JLG recently installing a new tile floor in my kitchen. The installers did an amazing job and were real pros! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on my next flooring project.Update- I also recently used the same installers to put in a tile back splash, and they once again exceeded expectations! Their quote was very reasonable, and they did everything the right way (vs other contractors who gave me even higher quotes and the other contractors even wanted to take shortcuts to save themselves time)

We love our new floors! We contacted JLG after reading their great reviews, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Lori Klein was awesome to work with. She listened to what our needs were, our budget, and gave us multiple options to consider. The ordering process was seamless. Matt and Lee, the installers, were great as well! Very nice guys, did excellent work, and cleaned up more than they needed to. Highly recommend if looking for new flooring in Cincinnati!
