I thoroughly enjoyed my first Lagree session! Nicole Ma, the instructor, was very helpful and patient. She took time to explain and show every move, while checking our form. I’m definitely coming back!
All the instructors are so nice, energetic, and helpful! I walked into my first class not knowing what to expect but taking the 101 class with Molly made me feel comfortable and confident to sign up for another! I love that you can push yourself while also feeling comfortable modifying when needed! Super excited to keep taking classes!
