Overall, Body Alive Loveland Lagree offers a challenging workout that provides quick but lasting results, making it a great option for anyone looking to shake up their routine.
Nicole’s classes are superior. At first I hated her cause she never let me slack, but she is a good instructor.
Reason for 4 stars is because they are extremely strict on class participation. I was sick one morning and still drove to the 6am class and they marked me as cancelling. Was very upsetting. I simply did not want to get others sick and take care of myself.
This was my first time at the facility and performing this type of exercise. It kicked my butt. I was able to go at my own pace and my own range of motion until I get the hang of it. Very challenging but supportive environment.
Come for the shakes and sweat, leave with strength! Great class, looking forward to trying another class soon. It was my first time to try, and Nicole (our instructor) walked us through everything, challenged us at the right times, and was a great support. The music was great too - helped me get past the tough moments where “five seconds” feels like forever ?
