“After a week of fighting our insurance and their contractor about cleaning up a water/mold issue, I reached out to several local companies to see if I could find someone else to help. When you call Restoration Ohio you may first get an answering service which I admit, threw me off. It is legit. Leave your information with them to get moving. Blake from RO called us back within an hour and stated he could come out 2 days later. He was on time, no nonsense and while the insurance contractor had told us he would need to demo half of our kitchen, Blake assured us that they could remove all mold with minimal damage to walls and no cabinet removal. They happened to have a slot open the next day so less than 24 hours later, two of their guys showed up. They were on time, polite, and efficient. Restoration Ohio's price was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. I will not hesitate to use them again and will absolutely recommend them.“
