One recent experience involved a leaking water main valve; the technicians shut off the water before arriving, then arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They were in and out in an hour and a half, including a parts run, and were courteous and professional. Another customer needed their condensate pump replaced on the furnace; the team responded very quickly and didn’t overcharge for the part compared to other estimates. They were very professional throughout the process and highly recommended. A third customer shared that they would never use anyone else for plumbing or heating needs. Houston Plumbing & Heating responded promptly when their furnace had an issue. The team quickly fixed it. Customers appreciate their honesty, reliability, and reasonably priced services, making Houston Plumbing & Heating a trusted choice for many in the community. They are timely, responsive, and work efficiently. They have been using Houston for years, most recently having problems with their gas fireplace/stove. Ryan and Trevor were meticulous about the placement of new logs. Previously they fixed a problem they had with the stove blowing out when it was windy and they fixed that as well. Houston services three A/C and furnace units for them as well as two attic fans. They trenched and installed the gas lines to their two outbuildings and installed complete HVAC systems. They do a fantastic job. They have remodeled (Ryan) a bathroom and taken care of other plumbing issues. All does not always go according to plan every single time, but they made things right (quickly) in the two instances they recall. Highly recommend. Houston has helped them for years and they always do a great job. This time, they installed a water heater. The work looks great and they have not had any issues.
In two weeks Jeff and Isaac fixed 44 years of problems in my house. They understood the problems, listened to my ideas, and came up with fixes that went beyond what I was expecting. The only thing else I can say is after they finished their work the smile has not left my face.
We recently had exemplary service by Houston Plumbing & Heating Technician, Garland. Garland is knowledgeable, experienced and VERY Customer-focused. Not only was Garland’s work complete and professional, but Garland cleaned up his work area in our home as if our home was his home. I highly recommend Garland and Houston Plumbing & Heating and we look no further when our home’s needs falls into their areas of expertise.
Had our thermostat go out at the beginning of a hot week. Called Houston and they sent Garland out to look at it. He arrived quickly after we called and had a new thermostat in place and working in less than an hour. Very happy about the service and to have our air back so quickly.
