My dad and I have had mixed experiences with Evans Heating & AC. Dad was disappointed with their attic cleanup after replacing a heat pump at his home a couple of years ago. They disabled an electric light he had rigged up in the attic and moved the plywood around that he had arranged in the rafters to create a walkway to change the filter. I continue to use them without issue to maintain his unit because they installed it and are a registered Trane dealer. 3 stars from Dad’s experience and 5 stars from mine explains my rating at the midpoint.
