It was really hot outside, and our air-conditioning wasn’t working and we didn’t know why. I called and they said they could be here in a few days but within an hour later, they called me and said that someone could be here in about an hour and a half. It turned out that our gardener had clipped the wire to the air conditioner and he was able to fix it. I appreciate the quick turnaround time. The service care person was very cordial and kind and very sweaty when he got done!
