Roy’s Heating and Cooling is an excellent local company. The AC died, and a new professionally installed unit was provided at a fair price with quality work and excellent communication. Service was prompt and professional, with same-day visits to see the issues and helpful tips on keeping the A/C operating more efficiently. The team is great, timely, courteous, and clean, with very prompt responses to questions after installation. They are fast, honest, and reliable, coming out the next day before a major heatwave to replace the part. Highly recommended for quick response and great service.
Called Roy’s Heating and Cooling with some concerns about water damage to our HVAC system. They arrived next day and did an inspection without charge and gave advice on how best to proceed. Couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.
