We have used Shaw for many years where I work, so we called them when our home AC wasn't working. They promptly responded, and were on site quickly during a peak heat wave. They got a hard to find part, completed a complicated repair in good time, and a very fair price (much, much less than a well known co. who just wanted to sell us a new unit) I trust them & will use them again.
We had a 16 year-old condenser unit that had a refrigeration leak. Shaw Mechanical came out the next day and I got text confirmations of the technicians arrival time from the time I booked my appointment until he arrived on site Thad Albright the Technician was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the system. I have an HVAC background so I already had an idea of where the leak was. Thad went right to work and verified that was the leak and was able to fix , evacuate the system and refill with refrigerant then verified the system was operating correctly and discharging the correct air temperature.
