I have had to call twice this summer due to issues with our air conditioning. Both times when I called, I was met with courteous staff who tried all they could to resolve my issue over the phone. Unfortunately both repairs were not that easy. I expected to be told it would be some time before a technician could make it out to our home, due to it being summer and quite warm outside. Much to my surprise, both times, I had a technician at my home in just a few hours. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and nice, even taking time out of their busy schedule to explain everything to me. I have used multiple companies in our area over the years. After contacting another furnace service company, I reached out to Performance Heating and Cooling and had a great experience. My furnace was fixed quickly. Communication was prompt. I was very happy and satisfied. The heat to our home was fixed promptly and quickly. I was happy with the service and response. Thanks.
