“Luikart went above and beyond for us during the intense heat last week. We are both in our seventies and I am recovering from a recent stroke, so when our AC went out Sunday night it was extremely hard for us. We got a recommendation to contact them and even though our AC was not a brand they usually support Judy promised to see if one of their technicians could help us. She was able to send some one to us that afternoon.
He quickly diagnosed the problem as a capacitor that had failed. Since it was a standard part he was able to replace it right away. He than took the extra time to make sure that our air handler was working correctly and that there was the right temperature difference between outgoing and returning air. We were more than pleased with their service and commitment to customers.”
