Reliable arrived, when promised
Back in July 2016, we needed a new electric furnace and heat pump system installed in our home. Cardinal Heating & Cooling had been maintaining our prior system for the last few years so we had Matt do the install of the new system. He gave us a proposal with many options and price points. We picked what worked best for us and the install went smoothly. It has been almost 5 years and we are still very happy with the system. It has met all our expectations. We recommend Matt and Cardinal Heating & Cooling.

This company -- Matt, particularly -- provides the best customer experience you're going to find in Central Ohio and runs circles around some of the go-to names that offer run-arounds, discourteous service, and no follow-up, not to mention absurd mark-ups and a strategy to sell you something you don't need.
