I can't say enough about this company. Even in the coldest of weather, they were here within the hour and had our furnace putting out heat within 15 minutes. The gentleman even reprogrammed our thermostat that wasn't programmed correctly by another company. Highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future. Joy Smith
I had the pleasure of meeting a young man Kaleb today. He came out to get our front lights to work properly with a photocell replacement. Which he 100% did and we are 100% satisfied.For being super young he possessed a strong professional-competent-courteous manner. He was extremely easy to communicate with and very upbeat. I couldn’t say enough good things about our electrician today. If you know he’s the one that’s coming to help you you’re in great hands.The price was a little steep but when you know everything’s handled extremely awesome and you have a pro active/on the ball electrician like Kaleb it’s makes things much fairer.
Having your A/C go out on a Sunday of a 3 day holiday weekend with temps sweltering in the high 80s, low 90s is. not. good. My husband called True North's Newark office and we wereshocked that not only did someone answer the phone at 6:45 AM on a Sunday but they had a technician at our home before noon that same Sunday!!!! We knew our unit was on its last leg and wasn't sure anyone could do anything but Wayne got it up and running for us in less than an hour. Thank you Wayne and True North! Would definitely recommend.
