The office staff is always friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment.Our technician in 2023, Brent, did a thorough inspection. He then sat down with me and explained, in detail, everything that he had done and the condition of the furnace.The service was excellent. I highly recommend RN Smith for all of your heating and cooling needs.“

“Almost all of my home's major systems are original, so they are/were around 23 years old. I was told by another HVAC company that my furnace had cracks in the housing of the furnace. I got pricing from 3 different HVAC companies; Keystone offered me the best price AND even replaced my original hot water tank for a great price. On top of this, they let me put it on my credit card without an added charge. The technicians were all very nice and didn't leave behind a mess in my home. They've come out recently to check to make sure that the AC unit is working as it should be because it couldn't be checked in the cold temps of January. My only criticisms are that they were a bit late on the day of the install due to delays obtaining the unit at the warehouse. And the office help is hard to get a hold of. All in all, though i am very happy with my experience with Keystone.“

First off, as a Christian myself, I am encouraged and appreciative of how Sayre sets a great image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, through business; a genuine Christian company. They are transparent, honest, very friendly and polite, and detailed. Speaking with Jordan on the phone gave me a very easy and confident feeling that I was choosing the right company.Matthew is our tech and he was prompt to arrive at our scheduled time. Matthew was very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodative. He was pleased to answer all of my questions and give me a rundown to my HVAC system. My furnace is 25 years old. The reason for our call was that our furnace wasn't producing a complete burn of the gas. Matthew did a full inspection and found that the burners were rusty. He cleaned them up, fired up the furnace and let us know that it made a nice improvement. He stated that the furnace showed it's age but was in surprisingly great shape; though, he forewarned me that it's nearing its end. There were a couple of very minor defects that he found but said that they pose no immediate concern and suggested leaving them be for how old the unit is. Out the door, my invoice was less than a January gas bill, to have the furnace tuned and peace of mind restores.Jordan stated that they set out to serve the Lord through doing what they love (HVAC) and if the Lord throws them some money along the way, that's a plus. I believe that they reflect that statement.“

“My furnace started having issues early Wednesday morning, they were able to come look at it on Thursday and determined it was over 40 years old. They could have put a bandaid on it, but were very honest about a need for a replacement. I thought this would take a few days, but they were ready on Friday to replace it completely. The young men who come out were extremely respectful and even helped keep my cats inside while they went in and out for parts. During and after install, they asked to use my vacuum and cleaned up the whole area, even asking at one point if a spot in my living room was from them. It wasn't, I had been crafting and a few small pieces of paper found their way to the floor. But they would have cleaned it up if I didn't insist it wasn't them. I highly recommend this company. Family owned and operated, and went above and beyond my expectations!“
