On Wednesday I was flat on my back and couldn't move my head, neck, or shoulders without pain. On Saturday I was dancing at a wedding. Between those two events I saw Dr. Mark Petro every day. He listened attentively, gave clear information, and worked gently and persistently to get me back on my feet. I am grateful!
I had a bang trim with Maria today who never cut my hair in the past. Showed her photo of myself the way I wanted bangs trimmed and she was spot on!

I love going there. Everyone is so nice, and most importantly they know what they’re doing. I go to Louie, and he’s been a saint about working with me to change my hairstyle when I didn’t really know what I wanted instead. It looks great now, highlights and cut working beautifully to give me a totally easy hairdo. The other stylists also are very talented, and I’d go to any of them if Louie wasn’t available. It’s very relaxing there. No loud noise, nice music, pleasant and roomy environment. Best of all you can have some very thought provoking discussions with Louie or the others while you’re being miraculously transformed into a person with wonderful hair.
The spa is pretty and very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Ramia provided excellent service and was incredibly nice. I highly recommend the lash and lift treatments. My eyelashes look great.
Teresa did a great job accommodating my requests. She applied more pressure at my problem areas but always asked if the pressure is OK. She was knowledgeable and kind.
We took our son for his first haircut which he was not happy about. Moe tried everything to help make the experience enjoyable! More importantly, he was so gentle and as a mother I felt like I could trust him. The haircut came out great even with a moody little boy! We will be back 🫶

Carri has been absolutely amazing! I've been having back problems for about two years now and since I've been going to her in August, it's been more than manageable! She also has workout classes where you can go at your own pace and I've relearned how to properly work out
I absolutely love the tattoos that Abby did for me. I got one a couple years ago from a different place. That tattoo ended up infected. Abby made sure to comfort me the whole time. And she was ok with me wearing numbing cream. I will never go to another place but Iron Door and Abby. Thank you so much! She even added flower petals to the one tattoo and had to reset everything up. She was so kind and awesome the whole time! Thank you Abby!

Steve and his crew redid our en suite bathroom shower for us, down to the studs. Unfortunate that it had to be done in a new home but so glad we decided on this company. Explanations along the way, redoing some of the plumbing that wasn’t expected, great payment schedule, and awesome finishing work. The crew was very respectful, as well, and we had a few laughs along the way. Best part of the project was just clear communication! Getting ahold of the office was very easy and prompt responses back - not something you come across very often. Thank you, Steve - we will definitely be looking to you guys for redoing other parts of our home in the future!

I had a great experience with Royal Flush Plumbing. I had a small job replacing two shut off valves with ball valves. I was able to get pricing quickly and found it very reasonable. The work was well done and quick. One of the ball valves was actually moved to the other side of a 90 degree to make any future repairs even easier. I will be a repeat customer as I get to more house projects.

Here's the thing, I have a form of alopecia. Treatment has stopped or slow downed my hair loss but it won't grow back. I went to Patsy's at the recommendation of a friend. I was ready to just chop it all off. Patsy talked me down from that step. Actually, we spent more time with her asking me questions and understanding my frustration then the time she took cutting my hair. It was perfect. She is so kind and patient. Obviously, she and the other stylists get along famously. Lots of laughter. Her shop address is on Lorain Road but it is actually behind the building on the corner with access off of West 220 Street.
My go to person is Davina! She is absolutely amazing when it comes to nail work., hands and feet! I have a very strenuous job and I have yet to break a nail! She does a wonderful job , has a great personality and brings an overall wonderful experience!

I waited a long time to get a perm. I have poker straight hair and Justina has given me back a feeling of pretty full hair. It has taken me a long time to get to do this review but I wanted to see how long before I have to hop on the perm train again. I had a trim last month and there is still curl & fullness This young lady knows how to treat a woman. Thanks

Fairview Heating and Cooling are easy to work with, fair pricing, and efficient with installing. I had some concerns with my furnace and Matt came out on a Saturday to check over the furnace. It is our first high-efficiency furnace. He went over the parts of the furnace to keep an eye on and even easy things to do with maintenance of the furnace. I definitely recommend Matt and his company.
My daughter had her hair done here for prom. They did a great job and it only took them around 30 minutes. They were slightly more expensive than other places, so I took away 1 star. They did not quote me beforehand and this simple style cost $100 and of course I left a 20% tip. I feel $75 would have been more fair. My daughter was very happy with her hair and it looked beautiful, which was really the main thing for me.
