Here's the thing, I have a form of alopecia. Treatment has stopped or slow downed my hair loss but it won't grow back. I went to Patsy's at the recommendation of a friend. I was ready to just chop it all off. Patsy talked me down from that step. Actually, we spent more time with her asking me questions and understanding my frustration then the time she took cutting my hair. It was perfect. She is so kind and patient. Obviously, she and the other stylists get along famously. Lots of laughter. Her shop address is on Lorain Road but it is actually behind the building on the corner with access off of West 220 Street.
First of all Patsy saved me from major embarrassment after attempting to trim my own hair. My hair is very short anyway but she was able to fix my problem and it came out super cute! The shop is just darling!
