This os my first visit to this location. The staff was welcoming and professional. The seating for the infusion is comfortable. I am 9nly there about 45 minutes but would have been comfortable in the infusion chair for longer.

This is the second time I've used Crocker in Brecksville - they did such a good job the first time a few years ago, it was an easy call to make. This time, David and Isaac and the crew were out and the end result is really great. They even patched up some damaged boards and it looks even better than I expected.

Kelly single-handedly changed my opinion on sugaring, if you are unsure of whether or not to do it absolutely book with her. I will officially be a regular until I die or she retires, whichever comes first. My first sugaring experience elsewhere was painful and took forever. This sugaring savant of a woman had my whole Brazilian done in under 15 minutes and it barely hurt. I am so impressed and so happy I gave sugaring a second chance. I’m considering naming my first born after her, Kelly if you’re reading this you changed my life - see you in 5 weeks!
Mary was an absolute dream to work with. She provided makeup services for my wedding for me and three of my family members. I called this salon on a whim when I decided I desperately needed a haircut. They got me in that same day, at 8pm which was incredibly convenient. I went to Phi and she was great. She thoroughly washed my hair and gave me a quick head/neck massage which was a bonus for me! I have very long hair and was nervous about cutting it, but she was honest with how much dead hair I needed off and was very detailed with making sure the length was even all around. My cut made my hair feel so much healthier and the face framing layers look fantastic. All in all it was $54 and I got 20 percent off for being a first time client. Totally worth it, even at full price. Cheaper than most other area salons and I still got a better wash, cut, and dry than I have other places.

I don’t know what kind of magic she worked but my gel manicure has stayed looking good for going on FOUR WEEKS! I’m obsessed! I always get compliments on my nails when Rachel does them!! I also bring my children to her for special occasions and she is so great with them and really listens to what they would like for their nails!
I get my nails and pedicure done once a month, and my favorites so far are Sheila, Helen, and Sophia - they are fantastic! Very meticulous with their work and super friendly. I appreciate their honest opinions and help with color options. Everyone at this salon is great, so either way, you can’t go wrong!

A fantastic time at Ichiban Salon! I needed a touch up to my roots while away from home, and Lisa did a terrific job! It’s hard to find somewhere that uses the same brand of color and toner, but they had it! My stylist, Lisa, was wonderful! I also love that they have a bar so that I could relax and grab a drink (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) while my hair was processing. All in all a 5-star experience!
Living in Westlake I have noticed that this place has been the talk around the office. All my female coworkers were raving about their lashes and then started mentioning that they also do botox (fillers too) and that definitely caught my attention since my face needed some love!!! I called and booked an appointment and was blown away by their expertise and results that I was given by Marissa that she has made a patient for life. Since my visit I’ve also had my wife go get a hydrafacial treatment there and she has been raving how her skin glows !!! So happy we have found our only MedSpa we need moving forward ??

I wish I had taken a "before" picture so I could show the "after" results. I was going on vacation and desperately needed my frizz tamed. Nikki gave me a Brazilian Blowout and I am amazed!!! I was hoping for a slight improvement and WOW was I ecstatically surprised. My hair is wavy, colored and gray (the wild kind) underneath. I could use any product, try any styling technique and any hint of humidity (mine or the weather) and it was back to frizz. The blowout laid it all down without any feel of chemical and just a slight loss of wave. It looks and feels great! Thanks Nikki!

Hi Everyone, after MANY years we decided to finally get our kitchen remodeled in our old colonial home. Edelmans was great from beginning to end. The products are such high quality and my faucet is the BEST faucet ever. Most importantly, our helper Tori was wonderful! She knew exactly what we wanted ! (!even before I did !) She was so very efficient and thorough and so easy to talk with. Highly recommend.
We’ve worked with Design Surfaces on two projects (kitchen and 2 bathroom vanity countertops) and couldn’t be more satisfied. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. We were able to shop the remnants for bathroom vanities, and got a great price on beautiful counters. The team is knowledgeable and responsive, and the installation team is great. We used Westbay for our flooring in our new home and they did a nice job. The installers weren't overly friendly, but did a nice job and in the end, that's what matters most!

Having built a prior trust and appreciation of their craftsmanship we contracted with them again for a full kitchen and master bath remodel. The entire process working with Kara Shelley, Melissa Hurst, Dina Jereb, Brian Hurst, Danny Mize, Amy Tilow, Ryan Wallace and Doug Dilley proved to be well worth it! Danny Mize and Mark Ballok were just here to do an annual review to evaluate their work under warranty. Such a nice service! All were professional, kind and responsive to deliver our beautiful remodel.
